This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all access to and use of the Vosy AI voice-agent platform, websites, APIs, telephony features, and related services (the "Service") provided by Vosy LLC ("Vosy"). It applies to every customer, authorized user, and other person using the Service ("you"), and is incorporated into the Vosy Terms of Service and, for enterprise customers, the Master Services Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those agreements.
The purpose of this AUP is to protect Call Recipients and the public, Vosy's customers, telecommunications carriers, infrastructure and AI providers, and the integrity, security, and reputation of the Service and the telephone network. Violation of this AUP is a material breach of your agreement with Vosy and may result in immediate suspension or termination, without prior notice where prior notice could increase the risk being addressed.
Vosy provides software tools only; you determine whether, when, how, and to whom those tools are used. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for: all calls, messages, and communications initiated through the Service; compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial laws; obtaining and documenting all legally required consents (to call, to use automated/AI/prerecorded voice, and to record); Do-Not-Call compliance and honoring opt-outs; call-recording consent compliance, including in all-party consent states; AI and bot disclosure requirements; industry-specific regulations applicable to your business; and the design and operation of your campaigns, prompts, AI workflows, contact lists, scripts, and Agent configurations, and all business decisions arising from them. Vosy does not review, approve, or certify the legality of any campaign or use case.
You may not use the Service for or in furtherance of any unlawful activity, including: fraud of any kind (including identity theft, wire fraud, consumer fraud, and financial scams); pyramid or Ponzi schemes; money laundering; human trafficking; terrorism or its financing; or violations of export-control or economic-sanctions laws.
You may not use the Service for: illegal robocalling or calls placed without legally required consent; ignoring or suppressing opt-out requests; calling numbers on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, applicable state DNC lists, or your internal DNC list except as the law permits; caller-ID spoofing or misleading caller identification prohibited by law; artificial inflation of traffic, traffic pumping, call looping, or call flooding; abuse of carrier networks or interconnection; circumventing, defeating, or interfering with STIR/SHAKEN attestation, spam detection, call labeling, call blocking, or robocall-mitigation measures; or spam campaigns of any kind.
You may not use the Service to: impersonate any individual, business, government official or agency, law-enforcement or emergency service, or financial institution without documented authorization; clone, imitate, or synthesize the voice or likeness of any real, identifiable person without that person's documented consent, or create or distribute deceptive synthetic voices; generate deceptive AI communications, fraudulent recordings, or deepfake scams; misrepresent AI-generated content as human where disclosure is legally required; facilitate phishing, vishing, or social engineering; generate or deliver financial, legal, or medical advice in violation of licensing or professional-practice laws; or generate content that is discriminatory or otherwise unlawful. You remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated Output before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, employment, housing, insurance, or other significant decisions, and you may not use the Service to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals except in compliance with all applicable laws.
You may not: reverse engineer the Service or attempt to derive or discover its source code, models, system prompts, prompt chains, orchestration or routing logic, embeddings, guardrails, or safety mechanisms; extract or harvest prompts, or conduct prompt-injection or model-extraction attacks; bypass or attempt to bypass AI safety mechanisms or content safeguards; use proprietary outputs, prompts, or platform behavior to train or build competing AI systems; scrape the Service by automated means outside documented APIs; conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, or stress testing without Vosy's prior written authorization; introduce malware or viruses; steal or misuse credentials; attempt unauthorized access to any system or data; abuse APIs beyond documented limits; or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
You may not: generate excessive automated traffic or exhaust shared resources; resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without written authorization; publish benchmarks, latency, performance, uptime, or security tests or comparisons of the Service without Vosy's written consent; use the Service to build a competing product or copy proprietary workflows; circumvent pricing, metering, usage limits, or plan caps; share credentials; or sell, transfer, or rent accounts.
You may not use the Service to create or transmit content that: harasses, threatens, or intimidates; defames; incites or threatens violence; sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way; promotes terrorism or violent extremism; facilitates criminal activity; infringes intellectual-property rights; or violates any person's privacy or publicity rights.
If you operate in a regulated industry — including healthcare, financial services, insurance, debt collection, mortgage lending, political campaigns, legal services, education, and government contracting — you are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to that industry, including licensing, registration, disclosure, and communication rules. The Service must not be used to collect or process protected health information subject to HIPAA (Vosy is not a business associate and signs no business associate agreements), must not be used for emergency services or life-safety applications, and must not be directed at children. Vosy does not certify, and expressly disclaims any representation regarding, compliance for any industry or use case.
You remain fully responsible for compliance with this AUP and applicable law when using the Service with third-party integrations, including CRM platforms, dialing and telephony providers (including BYOC carriers), AI and voice providers (including BYOK providers), payment providers, and messaging providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by your agreements with those providers, and a third party's outage, restriction, act, or omission does not excuse a violation of this AUP.
Vosy has no obligation to monitor use of the Service, but reserves the right to: monitor usage for fraud, abuse, and compliance with this AUP; investigate suspected violations; require additional identity, business, or use-case verification at any time; throttle, rate-limit, or restrict usage or API access; block campaigns, remove content, and reclaim numbers; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve and disclose evidence as required by law; cooperate with telecommunications carriers, traceback administrators, regulators, and — where legally required or appropriate — law enforcement; and report illegal activity to appropriate authorities. Enforcement action under this AUP does not relieve you of payment obligations, and Vosy is not liable for actions taken in good faith under this Section. Vosy may exercise or decline to exercise enforcement discretion in any instance without waiving its rights in any other instance.
To report suspected abuse of the Service, suspected fraudulent or unlawful calls, security vulnerabilities, or copyright complaints, contact contact@vosy.ai with a description of the issue and any supporting evidence (for copyright complaints, include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). Vosy will review reports in good faith and retains sole discretion to determine what enforcement action, if any, is appropriate. Vosy does not commit to respond to every report and assumes no duty to any reporter.
You will cooperate promptly and in good faith with Vosy's reasonable requests in connection with investigations of suspected AUP violations, security incidents, carrier or traceback inquiries, regulatory inquiries, abuse reports, and compliance reviews, including by providing consent records, campaign records, and related information. Failure to cooperate is itself a violation of this AUP.
Vosy may update this AUP at any time to address new threats and abuse techniques, reflect legal and regulatory developments, respond to carrier, provider, or technology changes, or protect the integrity of the Service and its users. Updates take effect upon posting to vosy.ai with a revised "Last Updated" date, and Vosy will provide notice of material changes by email, in-product or dashboard notification, or posting. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
